Insgesamt finde ich es wichtig, die Menschen dort abzuholen, wo sie sind, der Gruppe aufmerksam zuzuh\u00f6ren, Struktur anzubieten, direkt und mitf\u00fchlend zu sein und klar zu kommunizieren.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Kreative Strategien<\/h3>

Ich habe ein ganzes B\u00fcndel von Strategien dabei, um weniger zu denken und mehr zu kreieren. Und um uns mit der Art und Weise zu verbinden, wie wir von Natur aus kreativ sind. Im Laufe der Jahre habe ich viele Teilnehmer_innen beobachtet, wie sie sich f\u00fcr drei Minuten hinsetzten, um eine freie Schreib\u00fcbung zu machen und dabei entdeckten, dass sie tats\u00e4chlich einen eigenen Schreibstil, eine eigene Stimme und etwas zu sagen hatten. Es kann so einfach sein. Ich denke, es ist wichtig, unseren kreativen Impulsen Raum zu geben und dann die Werkzeuge zu lernen, die uns helfen, sie zu erweitern und zu vertiefen.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Intuition<\/h3>

Obwohl ich in dieser Arbeit viel n\u00fctzliches Handwerkszeug gelernt habe und mich wirklich damit ausleben kann, lasse ich mich am meisten von meiner Intuition leiten. In jeder Sitzung gibt es Momente, in denen ich mich auf diese Intuition einlasse, ihr zuh\u00f6re und die auftauchenden Bilder, Ideen und Gedanken mit dir teile. Ich ermutige dich immer, das mitzunehmen, was zu dir passt und f\u00fcr dich funktioniert.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Was funktioniert<\/h3>

In meinen Workshops und Beratungen konzentriere ich mich immer auf das, was funktioniert. Die Absicht, wenn ich Feedback gebe, muss sein: \"Ich m\u00f6chte, dass du dich motiviert f\u00fchlst, weiterzumachen...\". Wie oft bekommen wir im Alltag ein Feedback, das wir gar nicht h\u00f6ren wollten, von jemandem, der an dem Tag schlecht gelaunt war, uns aber wochenlang kreativ blockiert hat? Das nervt. Wenn wir unseren Text mit einem Auge daf\u00fcr betrachten, was funktioniert, dann verbreitet sich das. Das Schreiben wird besser. Ich habe das in den letzten zwanzig Jahren in unz\u00e4hligen Workshops mit Teilnehmer_innen erlebt. Es funktioniert. Und ja, wir werden unsere Erz\u00e4hlungen \u00fcberarbeiten, polieren, k\u00fcrzen und verfeinern, sobald diese Schritte Sinn machen und zu unseren kreativen Zielen f\u00fchren.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
