At Theaterforum Kreuzberg, I’ll be presenting my new performance — a poetic work about breath, sound, and fragility.
The performance weaves autobiographical storytelling about Long Covid together with tales of whales, exploring how deeply the ocean’s ecosystem is intertwined with that of our own bodies.
On Sunday evening, there will be a special lying-down performance for people with chronic illness — with a reduced audience, air filtration system, testing requirement, and mask policy.
A second version in German Sign Language (DGS) is being developed in collaboration with deaf performance artist Swantje Marks — the premiere will follow as soon as we find the right theatre for it.
Created with support from a research grant by the Berlin Senate Department for Culture and Social Cohesion in the field of Performing Arts/Dance.
